Approximately 20 – 25 lbs of our prime, Golden Angus cuts.

Pack Includes: 4 Tenderloins, 4 NY Strip steaks, 6lbs Ground Beef,  1 brisket,  and 4 lbs Short Ribs.

No Feedlots, no antibiotics, no added hormones, and no pesticides. Our ranch is third party age-source verified.

Our expert butchers make every cut by hand, vacuum pack, and flash freeze. We dry age our meats a minimum of 21 days for additional tenderness.

Our Arizona Department of Agriculture inspected plant allows us to harvest and package one animal at a time to ensure the highest-quality for you and your family.
