About Us

The monarch of Moon River Beef, Lisa Khan, started Moon
River Conservancy, a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit to restore ecological
health and food access through regenerative ranching on working lands in Arizona. With a focus on traditional ranching practices, we believe that healthy soils are the foundation of:

– Resilient landscapes
– Viable agriculture
– Thriving wildlife communities

Donations directly support soil restoration, water conservation, wildlife habitat, and community nourishment—proving that agriculture has the ability to heal the land while feeding our community.
